It’s time for our Canadian Admins to step out of the shadows and be formally recognized for what they do! This is your opportunity to nominate the person you think is worthy of being the Canadian Administrative Professional of the Year.

This award acknowledges administrative professionals who demonstrate continued commitment to:

Leadership within their organization

Continuing professional development

Making a significant contribution to the profession.

Contributing to the operational efficiency of their company

This award is open to all administrative professionals, personal assistants, virtual assistants, and executive assistants who are legal residents of Canada and who have been in an administrative role for a minimum of 2 years.

Nominations/applications will be accepted from January 1, 2026, to March 14, 2026.

It is not necessary for any nominees or winners to attend the #AdminsRock Conference.

What is in it for this year’s winner?

Your commitment to your profession, skills, and professionalism will be recognized by an expert panel of judges comprising industry experts and your peers. You will receive a prestigious trophy, various prizes, certificates of achievement, and the recognition of being recognized as your country’s BEST Administrative Professional!

The winner will be recognized, live, virtually, at our 2026 event on May 12, 2026, and you will have the chance to accept your award live.



What's needed to nominate a deserving admin?

The nomination form below is how we get started. After all nominations are collected, we will narrow the field down to five semi-finalists. All five semi-finalists will be announced on March 17, 2026.

From there, the semi-finalists will move into round two, which will consist of interviews and videos (details will be announced to the semi-finalists at that time).

The 2026 Canadian Administrative Professional of the Year will be awarded on May 12, 2026, at the annual #ADMINSROCK conference. Details will follow!
